I try to ship within two days after receiving an order but am not always able to do so - this is because we lose power frequently here in the middle-of-nowhere. Without power, I am without a computer and printer. TN is prone to severe ice storms: during the winter of 2018-2019, mail was not delivered nor picked up for several days as the mail lady couldn't get up our hill. We also lose power for no obvious reason, at all times of the day or night.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES WHICH MAY BE LEVIED BY THEIR COUNTRY. I WILL NOT FALSIFY A CLAIMS FORM and will cancel an order if asked to do so. I will not send patterns internationally marked as a letter so please do not ask.
I ship sewing patterns first class international via the US postal service. Their shipping costs for overseas mail is quite high - I have NO CONTROL over the post office.
