Simplicity 2817; ©1949; "Misses' Sun Back Dress and Bolero: The fitted bodice is gathered in front and topped with a shaped bias fold. The flared skirt is cut in four sections. A slide fastener closes the back opening of the dress. In Style 1, a purchased belt may be worn and the shoulder straps support the bodice. In Style 2, shoulder straps are optional and the bodice is boned when the dress is strapless. The bolero is curved in front and features ¾ kimono sleeves with cuffs. In Style 1, the cuffs and lining are in contrast. "

Pattern is cut and complete with all pieces and directions (browned from age). The envelope is in very poor condition: browned, ripped, torn.
