McCall's 7692; ©1965; "Child's Dress with Transfer for Smocking. Dress with puff sleeves is smocked at front and smocked at back into yoke facing seams. Yoke is buttoned at back, ends of back sash pleated in dress side seams, elastic in casing at back waistline. Sleeves are smocked to form ruffles, sleeves and two-piece collar trimmed with lace edging. Sleeveless dress is smocked into front yoke facing seam, has buttoned bodice back, gathered skirt back, ends of back buttoned belt in dress side seams. Neck and armholes are bound with bias self-fabric and trimmed with lace edging."
Pattern is cut and complete with all pieces, the directions, and the transfer for smocking.
The envelope is browned, open along bottom seam, deeply creased on left side, flap missing, foxing - general poor overall condition. The gray color showed in the scans is a problem with my scanner.

I ship sewing patterns first class international via the US postal service. Their shipping costs for overseas mail is quite high - I have NO CONTROL over the post office.
