California Couture, Luis Estevez --
"Are women getting tired of pants? One famous designer certainly thinks so, Luis Estevez. This special dress we selected for the woman who likes to choose her own fabrics is a dropped-waist pattern that gives that nice long lean look for which all of us strive. The flattering neckline is a turn-over cowl which drapes softly if the fabric is crepe. If a fabric with more body is used, the cowl will stand away from the neckline. The skirt swings in a full flare from the lowered waistline and every woman knows the flattery of a flared skirt over a pair of pretty legs."
This pattern is a mail order pattern from CALIFORNIA COUTURE PATTERN, copyright 1974 Los Angeles Times. It is a printed pattern, uncut, and still in factory folds. It contains two sizes ~~~
