Vintage Happy Birthday Card has cute illustrations of a forgetful puppy. However, puppy doesn't forget the birthday. Card has been signed, no envelope to accurately date it, but likely 50s - 60s.
The card measures 5" x 6". No rips, tears, foxing. The back shows the faintest hint of age tanning.
